Skating Lessons for All Ages by Professional Roller Skating Coach

Class will Include:

Safety awareness
Warm – up techniques
How to check your equipment
Basic one foot forward skating
Correct body posture for skating
Beginning backward skating techniques
Standing up from a sitting/falling position
Stopping using the toes stop (or heel stop for inlines)
Walking, rolling, scissors, pushing, and gliding on skates
*Techniques are taught for both traditional quad roller skates & inline skates.
